1. No Refund Policy
We follow a strict No Refund policy.
Once an order is delivered, no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. 24-Hour Exchange Window
If you face any issues related to size, fit, or dissatisfaction, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Video Proof (Mandatory)
To process any exchange request, the following videos are compulsory:
- Unboxing Video:
A continuous, unedited video of opening the parcel is required to claim any damage or incorrect product. - Repacking Video:
A video showing the product being repacked for return is mandatory to ensure it is in original condition with all tags intact.
4. Exchange Dispatch Policy
- The replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned item is received and passes quality inspection.
- If the product is found:
- Used
- Washed
- Damaged
- Without original tags
5. Exchange Charges
Customers are responsible for both reverse and forward shipping charges (to-and-fro) for exchanges.
6. Important Instructions
- The AWB number and Order ID must be clearly visible in both:
- Unboxing video
- Return packing video
- Please report any issue within 24 hours of delivery for smooth processing.
