​1. No Refund Policy

We follow a strict "No Refund" policy. Once an order is delivered, no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

​2. 24-Hour Exchange Window

In case of size issues or dissatisfaction, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Any exchange requests placed after this 24-hour window will not be entertained.

​3. Video Proof (Mandatory)

​Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video of unboxing the parcel is mandatory to claim any damages or wrong products.

​Packing Video: A video of the product being repacked for exchange is mandatory to ensure the item is being returned in its original condition with all tags intact.

​4. Exchange Dispatch Policy

​The new exchange product will be dispatched ONLY after the original product is received back at our warehouse/address and passes our quality check.

​If the returned product is found to be used, washed, damaged, or without original tags, the exchange request will be cancelled immediately.

​5. Exchange Charges

The customer is responsible for all reverse and forward shipping charges (to-and-fro) for the exchange process.
